The past two months have been an incredible start to the new year. From cozy at-home moments to scenic outdoor backdrops, I had the privilege of photographing some truly special clients in December and January. Each session brought its own unique energy, and I’m excited to share a little recap of these memorable shoots.
The Dodson Family – Nature’s Beauty at Denman Estate Park
Denman Estate Park provided the perfect setting for the Dodson family’s portraits. With its serene pond, lush greenery, and beautiful stone pagoda, every shot felt timeless and elegant. The family’s natural interactions and love for one another shined through, making this session a dream to photograph.
Dom Castillo – Striking Portraits at the Historic Pearl
For Dom Castillo’s session, we took advantage of the Historic Pearl’s stunning mix of industrial and modern architecture. The textures, lighting, and atmosphere gave us the perfect backdrop for bold, confident portraits. Dom’s energy and style made for an amazing session that truly captured his personality.
It also helped shooting during the day which made it feel somewhat like a ghost town.
The Hart Family – Intimate Moments at Home
There’s something so special about capturing a family in their own space. The Hart Family invited me into their home for a cozy and heartfelt session filled with warmth and love. From playful moments to quiet embraces, their portraits reflect the beauty of everyday life and the deep connections that make a house a home.
